The main aim of present study was to determine the the relationship between organizational climate (open and closed) and mental health and personality among students in public art schools in the city of Karaj. Using a cluster random sampling method, 80 students were selected out of 8 public art schools. The Mental Health Questionnaire (GHQ) and the Personality Test Aizeng phenomenon were employed to collected data among respondents. Statistical analysis of the correlation test, correlation coefficient and test validity coefficient of determination (v) were employed to determine the assumed relationships. Results indicated that there is significant relationship between public health and personality of the students. In addition findings showed a significant relationship between general health and personality of the students while the organizational climate was open. However there was no relationship in a closed climate. Based on the research findings and review of the previous researches, it could be concluded that there is significant relationship between general health and personality.
