This approach is methodologically considered as a qualitative study with the aim of achieving internal understanding in various fields such as linguistic, longitudinal and experimental sciences. Jürgen Habermas, one of the precursors of Frankfurt School, is the pioneer of this method. In 1981, he published one of his best works entitled “Communicative Interaction Theory”, and added the symbolic aspects of social interaction to Frankfurt critical theory. Thus, critical hermeneutics does not pursue a “unifying answer”; rather it seeks to portray the social phenomena that are derived through discourse. Discourse, as a means of obtaining data, is used in critical hermeneutics and as Habermas posited, the essential prerequisite for discourse is to provide space devoid of any trace of power. In this qualitative study, the researchers conducted in-depth interviews with individuals, and by transcribing the interviews, converted the phenomenon into text. These texts constitute the research data of the study. Then, the researchers interpreted the textual form of the phenomena and represented the obtained results in several limited themes, each of which is further split into certain limited categories. Since the main advantage of critical hermeneutics is developing and reorienting the existing interpretative approaches to the study of management, this paper attempts to examine this approach as a qualitative research method in organization and management studies, and represent its process and key features.}, keywords = {qualitative research,interpretive paradigm,critical hermeneutics,meaningful contexts,discourse,freedom}, title_fa = {پیوند هرمنوتیک انتقادی با مطالعات سازمان و مدیریت: تحلیلی بر مبانی فلسفی و اسلوب اجرای آن در سازمانها}, abstract_fa = {هرمنوتیک انتقادی در علم فلسفه به‌طور اعم و در روش‌شناسی علوم انسانی به‌طور اخص ریشه دوانده است. این رویکرد از منظر روش‌شناسی، نوعی پژوهش کیفی قلمداد می‌شود و هدف آن، دستیابی به فهم درونی در بسترهای متنوع (از قبیل زبانی، زمانی، تجربی و...) است. یورگن هابرماس که از متقدمان مکتب فرانکفورت و نماینده این روش محسوب می‌شود، در سال 1981 یکی از بهترین آثار خود را به‌نام «نظریه کنش ارتباطی» منتشر  و اشکال نمادین تعامل اجتماعی را به نظریه انتقادی فرانکفورت اضافه کرد. بدین نحو، هرمنوتیک انتقادی به‌دنبال نمایان ساختن «یک جواب واحد» نیست؛ بلکه در پی به تصویر کشیدن فهم پدیده‌های اجتماعی بوده که از طریق گفتمان حاصل می‌شوند. گفتمان، به‌عنوان ابزار کسب داده در هرمنوتیک انتقادی به‌کار می‌رود و به‌‌زعم هابرماس شرط اساسی گفتمان، فراهم ساختن فضایی خالی از هرگونه قدرت است. در این نوع پژوهش کیفی، پژوهشگر با انجام گفتمان‌های انفرادی و عمیق با افراد و رونویسی این گفتمان‌ها، پدیده را به متن تبدیل می‌کند. این متون داده‌های پژوهش را شکل می‌دهند. در ادامه، پژوهشگر به تفسیر شکلِ متنیِ پدیده‌ها (موضوعات) می‌پردازد و نتایج حاصل را در تعداد محدودی تم نمایان می‌سازد که هر یک از این تم‌ها در طبقات محدودی قرار می‌گیرند. از آنجایی‌که مهم‌ترین مزیت هرمنوتیک انتقادی، در بسط و توسعه رویکردهای تفسیری موجود به سمت مطالعه مدیریت است، مقاله حاضر بر آن است تا این رویکرد را به ‌منزله روش پژوهش کیفی در مطالعات سازمان و مدیریت مورد بررسی و کنکاش قرار داده و فرایند و عناصر اساسی آن را باز نمایاند. }, keywords_fa = {qualitative research,interpretive paradigm,critical hermeneutics,meaningful contexts,discourse,freedom}, url = {http://www.isih.ir/article_215.html}, eprint = {http://www.isih.ir/article_215_a0a3a4d30d81c86cc561e0896904a1b8.pdf} }
