His model offers seven interconnected dimensions for the religion: rituals, experimental, mythological, doctrinal and philosophical, ethical and legal, social and institutional, and material. On the other hand, mystical theology in comparison with the Smart’s view, through a model developed by Seyyed Haider Amoli (720 - after 787 H.), offers a type of spiritual-subjective and intuitive way that creates a phenomenological distance – to stay away from presuppositions and prejudices – and has the ability to show essentialist empathy in religious studies. This empathy, in the modern non-mystical phenomenology, does not go beyond mere mental and emotional empathy. Although Smart’s model introduces pluralistic dimensions of religion, and is broader in the analysis of worldviews and religions, it is not able to deeply analyze dimensions of religion as compared with the mystical-unitary model. The shari’a-tarighat-haghighat mystical model in its tripartite structure involves the metaphor of »the way» while providing a deep relationship between the dimensions of religion; this metaphor has a symbolic importance for the analysis of religious traditions as the manifestations of trans-historical realities in a historical and temporal path.}, keywords = {Ninian Smart,modern religious studies,mystical religious studies,the dimensions of religion,historical-comparative studies,religious model}, title_fa = {مطالعات دین‌شناختی از دیدگاه نینیان اسمارت و تأملی در آن از نگاه عرفانی، با رویکردی میان‌رشته‌ای بین کلام، دین‌شناسی و عرفان}, abstract_fa = {نینیان اسمارت، دین‌شناسِ برجسته معاصر، با فاصله گرفتن از دین‌شناسی سنتی که در قالب علم کلام سابقه داشته است، پژوهش خود درباره دین را پژوهشی تاریخی، تطبیقی (میان‌فرهنگی)، میان‌رشته‌ای و نیز پدیدارشناختی و همدلانه دانسته و آن را در قالب الگویی تحلیلی ارائه می‌دهد. الگوی وی ابعاد هفت‌گانه «آیینی و مناسکی»، «تجربی و احساسی»، «اسطوره‌ای»، «اعتقادی و فلسفی»، «اخلاقی و حقوقی»، «اجتماعی و نهادی» و نیز «مادی» را برای دین مطرح می‌کند که البته این ابعاد با هم مرتبط هستند. از سوی دیگر، دین‌شناسی عرفانی در مقایسه با نگاه اسمارت، با الگویی تکامل‌یافته در نگاه سید حیدر آملی، گونه‌ای از شیوه «أنفسی و حضوری» را ارائه می‌دهد که در عین فاصله‌گیری پدیدارشناختی در راستای دوری از تعصب‌ها و قالب‌های پیش‌ساخته ذهنی، توانایی همدلیِ ذات‌گرایانه و حقیقت‌جویانه فراوانی در دین‌شناسی دارد. این «همدلی»، در پدیدارشناسیِ غیرعرفانیِ مدرن، از حد یک همدلیِ ذهنی و درنهایت، احساسی فراتر نمی‌رود. اگرچه الگوی دین‌شناسیِ اسمارت با ابعاد متکثر و جامعی که برای دین معرفی می‌کند، فضای گسترده‌ای برای تحلیل جهان‌بینی‌ها و ادیان، پیش روی می‌نهد، اما به اندازه الگویِ وحدت‌گرای عرفانی، در تحلیل ابعاد طولی و تو در توی دین توانایی ندارد. الگوی «شریعت _ طریقت _ حقیقت» در دین‌شناسی عرفانی با ساختارِ سه‌گانه‌اش در عین ارائه رابطه‌ای مرتبه‌ای و طولی بین ابعاد دین، متضمن استعاره «راه» است که اهمیتی نمادین در تحلیل سنت‌های دینی به‌عنوان ظهوراتِ حقایق فراتاریخی و فرازمانی در مسیری تاریخی و زمانی دارد.}, keywords_fa = {نینیان اسمارت,مطالعات دین‌شناختی مدرن,دین‌شناسی عرفانی,ابعاد دین,مطالعه تاریخی تطبیقی,الگوی دین‌شناختی}, url = {http://www.isih.ir/article_240.html}, eprint = {http://www.isih.ir/article_240_9784aef8376b8f46a231b2865e31e9c9.pdf} }
