This pandemic, on the other hand, has also left positive traces on human life and, therefore, should not be considered as a threat, loss and a catastrophe altogether. As soon as these two aspects of this phenomenon are acknowledged, it opens the way to scholarly researches of all sorts in this area. The macro question that needs to be addressed is what kind of destructive and constructive impacts Covid-19 has had on human beings or how it will affect life in both directions in the future? On the other hand, the scope of influence of this phenomenon is so wide that it has captured the attention of thinkers and researchers from a wide realm of academic fields and will continue to do so. In other words, the aforementioned macro question must be translated into various micro questions specific to different fields of scholarly endeavor in order to direct the actions taken within that field. When it comes to diverse fields of knowledge influenced by coronavirus pandemic, disciplines such as education (both public and higher), economics, psychology, and mental health might come to the mind first. But it certainly has a much broader and more serious scope of reach, including theology, philosophy, sociology, law, and even politics and international relations. Interestingly, the spring of 2020 issue of The Interdisciplinary Studies in the Humanities Quarterly, the first issue of two thematic issues devoted to corona virus, is being published at a time when the world is witnessing a political turmoil in the United States in the run up to the presidential election there. If we want to give an example about the coronavirus pandemic and its impact on the political arena, the best, the newest and perhaps the most important will be the outcome of the 2020 US presidential election. Trump's defeat and his ouster from office, for many observers and analysts, have been influenced by the way he dealt with Covid-19. In other words, a successful management and less mortality rate due to this phenomenon could have significantly increased his chances of re-election. His political rival beat the drum louder and louder, perhaps overstating his weakness in handling the situation and reaped the benefits of gaining power. In international relations domain, too, the situation caused by the coronavirus outbreak raises various hypotheses, including it’s paving the way for positive, empathetic and justice-oriented initiatives, on the one hand, and events of domination and threatening peaceful intentions, on the other, and they all deserve the attention of researchers in this field.  In any case, as the chief editor I must admit that the coronavirus pandemic has provided an opportunity for The Interdisciplinary Studies in the Humanities Quarterly to invite researchers and thinkers in various academic fields to reflect their views in this noble and, of course, interdisciplinary issue. As it was mentioned, by dedicating two special issues to this crisis, we have turned the quarterly into one of the platforms that tried its best to stimulate meaningful efforts to meet one of the urgent needs of our society. Fortunately, this decision has met with widespread approval by the scientific community, and thus, has made remarkable resources available to the quarterly’s educated audience. This achievement was primarily due to a wise policy adopted by the quarterly’s editorial board to publish two special issues related to this crisis. But I must also thank Professor Nematullah Fazeli who accepted the editorial board’s invitation to shoulder the responsibility of acting as guest editor for these issues and bring the work to its conclusion with competence in an efficient manner.  I am hopeful that this collection, for its part, strengthen the link between the country's policy-making bodies and centers of knowledge at various levels and help increase the intellectual quality and effectiveness of decisions made.      }, keywords = {}, title_fa = {یادداشت سردبیر}, abstract_fa = {شاید در چند دهه اخیر، جهان اتفاقی تلخ‌تر، دلهره‌آورتر و مرگ‌بارتر از شیوع ویروس کرونا (کوویدـ‌19) را تجربه نکرده باشد. این پدیدهٔ پاندمیک، از سوی دیگر، آثار مثبتی را نیز در زندگی انسان‌ها از خود به‌جای گذاشته است؛ بنابراین نباید آن را به‌طور کامل تهدید، ضایعه و فاجعه ارزیابی کرد. همین‌که این دو روی پدیده مورد تصدیق قرار گرفت، پای واکاوی‌های دانش‌پژوهانه به عرصهٔ باز می‌شود. کلان‌پرسشی که در این نظرورزی‌ها باید در کانون توجه قرار گیرد این است که کووید‌ـ‌۱۹ چه آثار مخرب و چه آثار سازنده‌ای را برای بشر به‌همراه داشته است یا چگونه زیست بشر را در این دو جهت تحت‌تأثیر قرار داده و خواهد داد. از سوی دیگر، دامنه تأثیرگذاری این پدیده چنان وسیع است که متفکران و صاحبان اندیشه در طیف وسیعی از حوزه‌های معرفتی را به خود مشغول کرده و در ادامه هم خواهد کرد. به دیگر سخن، کلان‌پرسش مورد اشاره باید به پرسش‌های خاص و موردی در حوزه‌های معرفتی گوناگون ترجمه شود تا به کنش‌های مطالعاتی آن حوزه جهت دهد. وقتی سخن از حوزه‌های دانشی متنوع به میان می‌آید که ربطی میان آنها و پدیدهٔ پاندمی کرونا برقرار است، در درجهٔ نخست رشته‌هایی مانند آموزش (اعم از عمومی و عالی)، اقتصاد و روان‌شناسی و سلامت روان ممکن است به ذهن خطور کند. اما قطعاً دامنه ربط بسیار وسیع‌تر و جدی‌تر است و از جمله حوزه‌های الهیات، فلسفه، جامعه‌شناسی، حقوق و حتی سیاست و روابط بین‌الملل را دربرمی‌گیرد. جالب این که شمارهٔ بهار ۱۳۹۹ فصلنامه مطالعات میان‌رشته‌ای، یعنی اولین شماره از دو شماره مستقلی است که به این موضوع اختصاص داده شده است، زمانی به چاپ می‌رسد که جهان شاهد التهابات سیاسی در ایالات متحدهٔ امریکا در پیوند با انتخابات ریاست‌جمهوری است. برای نمونه، از ربط پاندمی کرونا به عرصهٔ سیاسی اگر بخواهیم مثالی بزنیم، بهترین و تازه‌ترین و شاید مهم‌ترین آن در نتیجه انتخابات ریاست جمهوری ۲۰۲۰ آمریکا نمایان باشد. شکست ترامپ و پایین کشیده‌شدن او از اریکه قدرت به عقیدهٔ بسیاری از ناظران و تحلیل‌گران تحت تأثیر نوع مواجهه او با مدیریت پدیده کرونا نیز بوده است. به عبارت دیگر، مدیریت موفق و منجر به ‌مرگ‌و‌میر کمتر این پدیده می‌توانست شانس او برای انتخاب مجدد را به شکل قابل‌توجهی افزایش دهد. رقبای سیاسی او بر این طبل با صدای هرچه بلندتر کوبیدند و شاید ضعف او را در مدیریت این شرایط بیش از آنچه بود هم جلوه دادند و میوهٔ آن را که دستیابی به قدرت بود نیز چیدند. در عرصهٔ روابط بین‌الملل هم شرایط حادث شده در اثر شیوع کرونا فرضیه‌های گوناگونی اعم از فراهم آمدن بستری برای اتفاقات مثبت، همدلانه و عدالت‌خواهانه از یک‌سو یا اتفاقات از نوع سلطه و تهدید کننده مقاصد صلح‌طلبانه از سوی دیگر را به ذهن متبادر می کند که همه آنها مستحق عطف توجه پژوهشی توسط پژوهشگران این عرصه است.به هر روی، باید اذعان کنم پاندمی کرونا برای فصلنامه مطالعات میان‌رشته‌ای فرصت و موقعیت مسئله‌دار نابی را فراهم ساخت تا صاحبان اندیشه در عرصه های مختلف معرفتی را به تأمل و نگارش مقاله در این زمینه بکر و البته میان رشته ای دعوت کنیم‌. همچنان که اشاره شد ما با اختصاص دو شماره ویژه به این مقوله مجله را به یکی از بسترهایی در کشور تبدیل کردیم که به اندازه وسع و توان می کوشید میزبان تلاش های اندیشه ورزانه در جهت پاسخگویی به یکی از نیازهای مبرم جامعه باشد. خوشبختانه این تصمیم با استقبال قابل توجه جامعه علمی مواجه شد و بدین ترتیب منابع در خور اعتنایی فراهم آمد که پیشکش مخاطبان فرهیخته مجله شده است. این دستاورد در درجه نخست مرهون سیاست های بخردانه ای بود که هیات تحریریه فصلنامه اتخاذ کرد. سپس باید از استاد گرامی جناب آقای دکتر نعمت الله فاضلی تشکر کرد که دعوت هیات تحریریه برای پذیرش مسئولیت سردبیر میهمان این شماره ها را پذیرفت و با کفایت و کارایی کار را به سرمنزل مقصود رساند.امید است این مجموعه بتواند به سهم خود ذخائر دانایی کشور را به نظام سیاستگذاری و تصمیم گیری در سطوح مختلف نیز مرتبط ساخته و به افزایش عیار عقلانی و اثربخشی آن‌ ها یاری رساند.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {http://www.isih.ir/article_344.html}, eprint = {} }
