گامی بهسوی سنخشناسی انتقادی هویت کارآفرینانه
پژوهش حاضر در پی طرح سنخبندی انتقادی هویت کارآفرینانه است. اتکا بر رهیافت انتقادی بهویژه تعریف عقلانیت از منظر یورگن هابرماس و ابعاد مربوط به چارچوب مفهومیِ ناظر بر سنخبندی هویت کارآفرینانه، از یکسو به شکلگیری قطبیتِ عقلانیت رهاییبخش در برابر عقلانیت ابزاری، و از سوی دیگر به قطبیتِ فردمداری در برابر جامعهمداری میانجامد که در نتیجۀ آن چهار سنخ هویت کارآفرینانه شامل آزادیخواهی، استقلالطلبی، نظمطلبی و سودجویی معرفی شدهاند. در ادامه، جایگاه هر یک از این سنخهای هویتی در شناخت اقسام گوناگون کارآفرینی، بررسی و ضمن مقایسۀ این هویتها، چهار نوع کارآفرینی شامل کارآفرینی عمومی، کارآفرینی سبک زندگی، کارآفرینی بوروکراتیک و کارآفرینی تجاری معرفی و دلالتهای مفهومی این نوع سنخشناسی طرح میگردند. پاین پژوهش علاوهبر غنای مطالعات هویت کارآفرینانه از طریق به پیش کشیدن نقش عقلانیت و قضاوت دربارهٔ جامعه، به تفاوت و تعارض این هویتها نیز اشاره دارد . اتکا به مواضع نظریهٔ انتقادی در مطالعهٔ هویت کارآفرینانه، گامی است در راستای تعمیق سرشت میانرشتهایِ پژوهش کارآفرینی.

پایداری: تقیید توسعه؟
بحران افول محیط زیست از جمله عواملی بوده که مسئله چگونگی پایدارسازی توسعه را، با در نظر گرفتن محدودیتها، به وجود آورده است. اما در تلاش برای پاسخگویی به این مسئله، این سؤال مطرح میشود که از میان دو حوزﮤ اقتصاد و اکولوژی، نظر کدامیک باید مبنای سیاستگذاری در زمینه توسعۀ پایدار قرار گیرد؟ و اینکه آیا پایداری توسعه را مقید میکند؟ هدف مقاله این است که ضمن تبیین زمینۀ پیدایش این مسائل، پاسخ آنها را بیابد. روش مورد استفاده، تحلیل و تبیین و استنباط لوازم نظریهها و مقایسۀ آنها بود؛ به این ترتیب که در آغاز، مفاهیم یا معیارهای پایداری در چند حوزﮤ تأثیرگذار تخصصی، تحلیل و تبیین شد تا اهمیت مفهوم اکولوژیکِ پایداری در جریان توسعۀ پایدار روشن شود. سپس به استنباط لوازم نظریههای مهم در علم اکولوژی ــ نظریه اوج، نظریه اکوسیستم، و نظریه اکولوژی روادارــ و مقایسه آنها پرداخته شد. در نهایت تحلیل و تبیین نظریههای جدید اقتصادیِ پایداری و استنباط لوازم و نتائج آنها برای پایداری انجام شد. نتائج نشان داد که: 1. در ارتباط با توسعۀ پایدار، دو حوزه تخصصیِ اکولوژی و اقتصاد در تعیین معیار پایداری تعیینکنندهتر بودهاند؛ 2. پایداری برآمده از نظریۀ اکوسیستم، توسعه را مقید میکند؛ 3. نظریه اکولوژی روادار نمیتواند طبیعت را نرم یا معیاری برای توسعه بداند؛ 4. مفهومِ رقیق نظریۀ روادار از پایداری، توسعه را عمدتاً نامقید باقی میگذارد؛ 5. پایداری در توسعۀ پایدار، اکنون دیگر مفهومی عمدتاً اقتصادی شده است؛ 6. پایداری شدید ظرفیت قابلملاحظهای برای تقیید توسعه دارد، اما پایداری خفیف چنین نیست.

رویکرد جامعهشناختی احمد اشرف به تاریخ ایران از خلال مسئلۀ توسعهنیافتگی
مسئلۀ محوری احمد اشرف در بررسی جامعهشناختی تاریخ ایران، تبیین موانع تاریخی تحقق نظام سرمایهداری بورژوازی و جامعۀ مدنی است. اشرف بهمنظور توضیح و تبیین مسئلۀ مذکور، ابتدا درصدد شناخت ویژگیها و سازوکارهای حاکم در تاریخ ایران بر اساس مفاهیم «نظام آسیایی» و «نظام فئودالی» در اندیشههای مارکس و مفاهیم «نظام پاتریمونیال» و «شهر شرقی» در جامعهشناسی ماکس وبر و مفهوم «نظام ملوکالطوایفی» رایج در ادبیات تاریخی ایران، برآمده است. وی در گام بعدی بر اساس مقدمات تحلیلی مذکور، به تبیین موانع تاریخی شکلگیری نظام بورژوازی و سرمایهداری در تاریخ ایران پرداخته است، زیرا اشرف یکی از نمایندگان گفتمان قائل به اصالت الگوی توسعه بر اساس نقشآفرینی طبقۀ متوسط شهری یا بورژوازی است. بر اساس یافتۀ پژوهش حاضر، دیدگاه اشرف در مورد موانع تاریخی توسعۀ جامعۀ ایرانی در سه سطح بههم پیوستۀ سیاسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی درخور توجه است. سلطۀ نظامهای آسیایی، پاتریمونیال و ملوکالطوایفی در عرصۀ سیاسی، پیوستگیهای اجتماعات عشایری، روستایی و جامعۀ شهری در عرصۀ اجتماعی و وحدت شیوههای تولید کشاورزی و صنایعدستی و پیشهوری در عرصۀ اقتصادی، ازجمله عواملی است که اشرف بهعنوان موانع تاریخی شکلگیری بورژوازی و رشد «سرمایهداری ملی» در تاریخ ایران مطرح کرده است.

واکاوی رویکرد فضاییِ عدالت در پژوهشهای نابرابری منطقهای؛ مروری نظاممند در حوزه میانرشتهای
نابرابری منطقهای همواره مسئلهای چالشبرانگیز برای جوامع انسانی و یکی از موضوعات اصلی در پژوهشهای دانشگاهی و نیز از نگرانیهای عمده سیاستگذاران دولتی است. بر این اساس، مباحث بسیاری درباره حدود، ابعاد، مکانیسم و پیامدهای این موضوع، بهویژه سیاستهای منجر به فقر و نابرابری، صورت گرفته و نظریهپردازان، ایدههای متفاوت و گاه متضادی را در این زمینه بیان داشتهاند. در این میان، توجه به ابعاد فضاییِ عدالت در مقابله با نابرابریهای منطقهای یکی از حوزههای میانرشتهای موردتوجه، بهویژه در دهههای اخیر، بوده است. ازاینرو، مقاله حاضر قصد دارد با تحلیل و تفسیر نظاممند و جامع محتوای متون دانشگاهی در حوزه نابرابریهای منطقهای از منظر عدالت فضایی، به سنخشناسی و استخراج مفاهیم و اصول و نگرشهای اصلی مطرحشده در این حوزه بپردازد. این مقاله برگرفته از طرح پژوهش کیفی، راهبردِ استفهامی و با بهرهگیری از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی صورت گرفته است. تحلیل محتوای کیفی یکی از روشهای رایج پژوهش برای تبیین و تفسیر عینی و منظم پیامهای مفهومی موجود در متون دانشگاهی است. از این روش بهمنظور آشکارسازی خطوط اصلی و جهتدهنده متون دانشگاهی و کاربرد آنها در سیاستگذاریهای دولتی استفاده میشود. بر این اساس، در مقاله حاضر، چارچوب تفسیریـنظری مستخرج از متون دانشگاهی مطرح در حوزه عدالت فضایی در مواجهه با نابرابریهای منطقهای تدوین و واکاوی شده و خطوط جریانساز درخور توجه در این حوزه به پژوهشگران، برنامهریزان، تصمیمسازان و سیاستگذاران ایرانی برای مقابله با نابرابریهای منطقهای معرفیشده است.

رویکرد اقتصادی به اعتیاد؛ چرا اقتصاد رفتاری یک چارچوب تحلیلی مناسب است؟
این مقاله درصدد رسیدن به درک بهتری از رویکرد اقتصادی به تحلیل رفتار اعتیادی است. اعتیاد، مطابق با تعاریف استاندارد، یک رفتار مصرفی است که از الگوهای رفتاری مشخصی پیروی میکند. تحقیقات اخیر در علوم اعصاب نشاندهنده اتفاقنظرهای گسترده درمورد نحوهٔ تأثیر مصرف مواد اعتیادآور بر سازوکارهای عصبشناختی دخیل در فرایند تصمیمگیری است. این یافتهها ــکه تحت حمایت الگوهای روانشناختی از رفتار اعتیادی قرار دارند ــسبب شده است امروزه با اطمینان بیشتری از شناخت ماهیت اعتیاد بتوان سخن گفت. آنچه که از رویکرد اقتصادی به تحلیل رفتار اعتیادی انتظار میرود، توسعهٔ این شناخت به تدوین سیاستهای مورد نیاز در حوزهٔ اعتیاد است. کاربرد علم اقتصاد بدینمنظور ـبا تعریف معیارهای رفاهی تصریحشده برای مصرفکنندگانـ به تجویز سیاستهایی منجر میشود که در میزان تحقق اهداف خود قابل ارزیابی و مقایسه هستند. در این میان اقتصاد رفتاری امکان مشارکت مفاهیم و بینشهای تخصصی رشتههای مرتبط با اعتیاد را در این مسیر فراهم میکند. ازاینمنظر، مفاهیم کیفی روانشناختی و عصبشناختی مرتبط با رفتار اعتیادی، در چارچوبهای کمّیِ تصمیمگیری مورد توجه قرار میگیرد تا بهمنظور کاهش آسیبهای مرتبط با اعتیاد، سیاستگذاری با ابزارهای تحلیلی دقیقتر، و در عین حال جامعتری، دنبال شود. این مقاله به دنبال تبیین این موضوع است که چرا اقتصاد رفتاری یک چارچوب تحلیلی مناسب برای استخراج دلالتهای سیاستی مورد نیاز در حوزهٔ اعتیاد است.

بررسی تأثیر عناصر اصلی تشکیلدهندۀ شاخص توسعۀ جوانان بر رشد اقتصادی در کشورهای منتخب؛ درسهایی برای ایران
بیش از نیمی از جمعیت جهان، متشکل از جوانان و نوجوانان زیر 25 سال است. قریب به 2/1 میلیارد نفر از این جمعیت، 24ـ15 سال سن دارند و پیشبینیها حاکی از آن است که این رقم تا 20 سال آینده سیر صعودی دارد. جوانان هر کشور میتوانند در فرایند توسعۀ کشورها نقش قابل توجهی داشته باشند. آنها نیازهای متنوعی چون آموزش، اشتغال، برخورداری از امکانات بهداشتی و سلامت و امکان فعالیتهای مدنی و اجتماعی دارند. از جمله تلاشهای صورتگرفته در خصوص تعیین درجۀ توسعهیافتگی فضای جوانان، محاسبۀ شاخص توسعۀ جوانان در کشورهای مختلف است. این شاخص در پنج محور کلیدی آموزش و پرورش، سلامت و تندرستی، اشتغال، مشارکت سیاسی و مشارکت مدنی برای 171 کشور جهان در نظر گرفته شده است. در این مطالعه، فرضیۀ اصلی تأثیر مثبت شاخص توسعۀ جوانان و عناصر اصلی تشکیلدهندۀ این شاخص بر رشد اقتصادی کشورهای منتخب است. برای بررسی این مسئله از یک الگوی اقتصادسنجی بر اساس الگوی رشد درونزا، در این کشورها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان میدهد بهبود شاخص توسعۀ جوانان بر رشد اقتصادی اثر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین بهبود عناصر اصلی تشکیلدهندۀ این شاخص در محورهای آموزش، مشارکتهای مدنی و اشتغال جوانان اثرات مثبت و معناداری بر تولید داخلی کشورهای منتخب دارند.

بررسی نقش مصرف مدبّرانه بر فقرزدایی از خانواده در پرتو مطالعات میانرشتهای
قرآن کریم بهعنوان معجزه جاوید پیامبر اسلام(ص) نیازمند درک عمیق و فهم دقیق برای دریافت رهیافتهای کاربردی در زندگی بشری است که این فهم جز با رویکرد و گرایش به مطالعات میانرشتهای میسّر نیست. از طرفی علوم انسانی بشری نظیر اقتصاد، در حل مشکلات بشر امروزی و پاسخگویی به سؤالات مطرحشده موفقیت کامل را بهدست نیاورده است. سیاستهای پیشنهادی اقتصاد متعارف در کاهش فقر به اصلاح نهادهای اجتماعی توصیه کرده و به نهاد خانواده توجه چندانی ندارد. این درحالی است که اسلام، به خانواده بهعنوان پایهایترین نهاد تشکیلدهندهٔ جامعه بهلحاظ اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی نگریسته و دستورالعملها و سیاستهای مشخصی را پیشنهاد میدهد. در همین راستا، مطالعات میانرشتهای برای پاسخگویی به این دسته از سؤالات راهگشاست. اقتصاد اسلامی در سالهای اخیر بر اساس روشهای مدوّن جهت ترکیب دو رشتۀ علوم اسلامی و اقتصاد مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. مقاله پیشرو، به بررسی نقش مصرف مدبّرانه بر فقرزدایی از خانواده با نگاه به تعالیم اسلامی پرداخته است. اگر الگوی اقتصادی خانواده بر اساس آموزههای اسلامی شکل بگیرد، این اعتقادات و باورها بر اعتدال در میزان مصرف و برطرف کردن معضل فقر اثرگذار خواهد بود. میزان درآمد، اعتدال و میانهروی، قناعت و شأن افراد از محورهایی هستند که برای ترسیم سبک زندگی اسلامی مبتنی بر عدالت و فقرزدایی از جامعه لازم و ضروری است. از رهیافت های کاربردی این پژوهش میتوان به رابطۀ ازدواج و فقرزدایی، تأثیر اولویت در مصرف زوجین و همچنین آموزشهای اقتصادی والدین به فرزندان در شکلگیری الگوی مصرف مدبّرانه در خانوادۀ اسلامی اشاره کرد.
