Using a cluster random sampling method, 80 students were selected out of 8 public art schools. The Mental Health Questionnaire (GHQ) and the Personality Test Aizeng phenomenon were employed to collected data among respondents. Statistical analysis of the correlation test, correlation coefficient and test validity coefficient of determination (v) were employed to determine the assumed relationships. Results indicated that there is significant relationship between public health and personality of the students. In addition findings showed a significant relationship between general health and personality of the students while the organizational climate was open. However there was no relationship in a closed climate.
