چکیده

تاریخ انگاره، در زمرۀ روش‌های جدیدی است که با رویکردی تاریخی، یک مفهوم و انگارۀ مشخص را بررسی و مهم‌ترین تغییراتِ مؤلفه‌ای در آن را شناسایی می‌کند و درنهایت نیز توسعه، تضییق، یا تغییرات اساسی‌ای که در طول تاریخ برای آن مفهوم ایجاد شده است را نشان می‌دهد. نگاهی تاریخی به مهم‌ترین تعریف‌ها در مورد میان‌رشتگی و گونه‌های مختلف آن نشان می‌دهد که میان‌‌رشتگی، ابتدا بیشتر مفهومی آرمانی و مربوط به دستیابی به «علم واحد» بوده است. در دوره مدرن نیز نخستین تعریف‌ها از میان‌رشتگی در راستای دستیابی به علم واحد هستند، اما این ایده به‌سرعت کنار گذاشته شده و «تلفیق دانش»، به‌عنوان اصلی‌ترین معیار، مطرح ‌شد و ازآن‌پس، کم‌کم رویکرد ابزاری به میان‌رشته‌ای در میانِ صاحب‌نظران شکل گرفت. کل‌گرایان، مهم‌ترین منتقدان رویکرد تلفیقی به میان‌رشته‌ای بودند و انتزاعی بودن بحث‌های مرتبط با «تلفیق دانش» را اصلی‌ترین آسیب آن می‌دانستند. نگاه انضمامی و مسئله‌محور، در این رویکرد کاملاً مشهود است و برهمین‌اساس نیز تعریف‌های مرتبط با میان‌رشتگی تبیین می‌شوند. همچنین، در قرن بیست‌و‌یکم شاهد محوریتِ رویکردِ کاربردی و توجه جدی به فرارشته‌ای هستیم. مفهوم‌‌سازی «فرارشته‌ای» کاملاً براساس میزانِ کاربردی بودن و بومی بودنِ مسائل موردنظر است. در گونۀ نخست فرارشته‌ای با «عبور از مرزهای دانش» و در گونه دوم، با «عبور از حوزه دانشی» روبه‌رو خواهیم بود؛ بنابراین، نگاه تاریخی به این انگاره، دو گذارِ اساسی را به ما نشان می‌دهد: 1) گذار از نگاه آرمان‌گرایانه و مبتنی‌بر رخنه‌های معرفتی به نگاه عمل‌‌گرایانه و مبتنی‌بر حل مسئله؛ 2) گذار از میان‌رشته‌‌ای به فرارشته‌ای.
