چکیده

ساختار عاطفی هر جامعه بخش پویای فرهنگی آن جامعه را تشکیل می‌‌‌دهد. به‌رغم آثار عمیق و فراگیر این شبکه‌های عاطفی بر متن اجتماعی و تعاملات روزمره، به‌ندرت در فضای علوم اجتماعی ایرانی، مطالعه‌ای کیفی بر روی ساختار عواطف جامعه انجام می‌شود. پاندمی کرونا در چند ماه گذشته توانسته بر ساختار عاطفی جامعهٔ ایرانی، به‌ویژه امید و اضطراب، تأثیرات مهمی بگذارد. فضای مجازی به‌عنوان فضایی که ادامهٔ فضای واقعی است به‌خوبی این تغییرات را نشان می‌دهد. مقاله حاضر با اتکا به قوم‌نگاری مجازی، نشانه‌شناسی و تحلیل تماتیک نشان می‌دهد که شیوع ویروس کرونا باعث شده است بیش از پیش و در ادامه ساختارهای عاطفی واقعی جامعه، در فضای مجازی امید جمعی در برابر امید‍ عمومی قرار بگیرد. بر اساس نتایج، امیدورزی انتقادی بیشتر به سمت امیدورزی اتوپیایی و نیز کارناوالی‌شدن فضا میل کرده است. با این وجود رگه‌هایی از امیدورزی عاملانه، که البته گاه به انحراف کشیده می‌شود، در فضا دیده می‌شود. اضطراب به‌عنوان عاطفه‌ای که در برابر امید و به‌ویژه امید جمعی قرار می‌گیرد، با افزایش کرونا افزایش چشمگیری داشته است. از آنجایی‌که افزایش ترس‌های ساختاری به امید عاملانه منجر نمی‍شود بر ناکامی‌ها و ملال و اضطراب وجودی افزوده است. حتی تبدیل اضطراب وجودی به اضطراب بصری نتوانسته از شدت آن بکاهد. در نهایت اضطراب ناشی از کرونا تبدیل به انزجار نسبت به تمام افراد جامعه و به‌دنبال آن افزایش اضطراب نیز می‌شود.
