To achieve this goal, critical discourse analysis (CDA) has been applied and contents of four mainstream newspapers have been reviewed over a period of nine years (between 2011 and 2020). The conceptual framework of this research is derived from development journalism and environmental journalism. Based on the findings, the dominant discourse of "Shargh" newspaper shows that macro policies and a wrong approach to development led to the water problem in Iran. This discourse emphasizes that, the solution to water problem in Iran is "changes in policies and production structures" and "adaptation to the nature". Instead, the discourse of "Iran" newspaper emphasizes that macro-structures (Iran's political economy, individualism) have led to consumerism and water crisis. "Iran" newspaper’s discourse serves to eliminate the responsibility of the government in solving the water problem. It also makes the government’s role in creating the problem invisible. In the discourse of "Donyaye Eghtesad" newspaper, multiple factors (water ownership system, politicians, people and officials) have created water problem. Raising water price is the solution this newspaper offers to resolve the crisis. "Kayhan" yet another newspaper skip over the discourse on the water crisis. Therefore, in the discursive formation of "Iran" and "Kayhan" newspapers, water problem is not due to the policies and power relations. This kind of discursive formation can be considered as a result of development journalism.}, keywords = {critical discourse analysis,Environmental journalism,Development journalism,water problem of 90s}, title_fa = {صورت‌بندی‌های گفتمانی مسئلۀ آب ایران در روزنامه‌های سراسری دهۀ 90}, abstract_fa = {در سال‌های گذشته، شاهد نزاع گفتمانی بر سر معنابخشی به مسئلۀ آب و راه‌حل‌های آن بوده‌ایم و رسانه‌های جمعی از عرصه‌های این نزاع بوده‌اند. اما برساخت‌های مختلفی که در این رسانه‌ها از مسئله ارائه شده، نامعلوم است. مقالۀ پیش رو، به‌طور خاص بر روزنامه‌های سراسری تمرکز کرده و درصدد پاسخ به این پرسش است که گفتمان‌های مسئلۀ آب ایران در روزنامه‌های سراسری دهۀ  90 چگونه صورت‌بندی شده‌اند. به این منظور با روش تحلیل گفتمان انتقادی مطالب 4 روزنامۀ سراسری طی 9 سال (از 1/1/1390 تا 29/12/1398) بررسی شده‌اند. طبق یافته‌ها، در گفتمان غالب روزنامۀ شرق سیاست‌های کلان و رویکرد نادرست توسعه بحران را ایجاد کرده است. این گفتمان راه‌حل را تغییر سیاست‌ها و ساختارهای تولید و سازگاری با طبیعت قلمداد می‌کند. در گفتمان روزنامۀ ایران، ساختارهای کلان (اقتصاد سیاسی ایران، فردگرایی) سبب مصرف‌گرایی مردم شده‌اند و به این طریق بحران را ایجاد کرده‌اند. این گفتمان در خدمت رؤیت‌ناپذیر ساختن نقش دولت در ایجاد بحران است. در گفتمان روزنامۀ دنیای اقتصاد ترکیبی از عوامل (نظام مالکیت دولتی آب، سیاست‌مداران، مردم و مسئولان) بحران را ایجاد کرده است. افزایش قیمت آب راهکاری است که این روزنامه برای حل بحران پیشنهاد می‌دهد. در گفتمان روزنامۀ کیهان، بحرانی بودن آب، حذف شده است. بنابراین، در صورت‌بندی گفتمانی روزنامه‌های ایران و کیهان، مشکلات مربوط به آب ناشی از سیاست‌ها و اعمال قدرت نیست. این نوع صورت‌بندی گفتمانی را می‎توان محصول روزنامه‌نگاری توسعه‌ای دانست. در مقابل، ابعاد گسترده‌تری از مسئلۀ آب در روزنامه‌های مستقل‌تر شرق و دنیای اقتصاد رؤیت‌پذیر شده است.}, keywords_fa = {تحلیل گفتمان انتقادی,روزنامه‌نگاری محیط‎زیست,روزنامه‌نگاری توسعه}, url = {http://www.isih.ir/article_395.html}, eprint = {http://www.isih.ir/article_395_e26934afd5ff6834b6f23e387780701f.pdf} }
