This also has led to the development of interdisciplinary studies in scientific and technological institutions and has become one of the universal trends of policy-making in science, technology and, innovation domains. Climate change, environmental pollution, the steady increase in longevity and aging of societies, global poverty, international financial crises, global diseases, terrorism, addiction and injustice are some of the topics whose foresight is beyond the power of individual and requires thinking, dialogue and cooperation in different specialized fields. The main question is: Which future scenarios can lead to the development of interdisciplinary studies in Iran’s medical universities? Documentary studies, expert panels and brainstorming are some of the methods applied in this research. The findings include: first, interdisciplinary knowledge is identified in response to complex social issues rooted in the present and the future; second, the development of interdisciplinarity in medical sciences requires a process of simultaneous top-down and bottom-up development; third, building a preferable future for the development of interdisciplinary knowledge in Iran's medical sciences involves attention to the facts that shape the subject at different levels from objective to subjective, and, therefore, a range of short-term to long-term approaches, plans and actions to build objectivity and related mindsets.}, keywords = {Interdisciplinary,Future Research,complexity,medical sciences,Participation}, title_fa = {آینده‌پژوهی توسعۀ دانش‌های میان‌رشته‌ای‌ در آموزش عالی: بررسی تجارب دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران}, abstract_fa = {پیچیدگی روزافزون حاکم بر مسائل اکنون و آیندۀ جهان، درهم‌تنیدگی و به‌هم‌پیوستگی حوزه‌های موضوعی، تنوع نقش‌آفرینان و موقعیت‌های شکل‌دهنده به این مسائل از هنجارها و رویه‌های معمول جهان امروز است. این تحولات موجب توسعۀ دانش‌های میان‌رشته‌ای در نهادهای علمی و فناورانه و تبدیل آن‌ها به روندهای جهان‌شمول سیاست‌گذاری علم، فناوری و نوآوری شده است. موضوعاتی ازقبیل تغییرات آب و هوا، آلودگی‌های زیست‌محیطی، افزایش طول عمر و پیری جوامع، فقر جهانی، بحران‌های مالی بین‌المللی، بیماری‌های عالمگیر، تروریسم، اعتیاد و بی‌عدالتی از جمله مسائلی است که تدبیر، اندیشه‌ورزی و آینده‌نگری آن‌ها از حوزه و توان تخصص‌های فردی خارج بوده و نیازمند هم‌اندیشی، گفت‌وگو و همکاری حوزه‌های تخصصی متفاوت است. با توجه به این نکات، پرسش اصلی این مقاله آن است که در آینده‌ کدام سناریوها می‌توانند باعث پیشرفت دانش‌های میان‌رشته‌ای‌ در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور شوند؟ روش‌‌های استفاده‌شده در این مقاله عبارت‌اند از: مطالعات اسنادی، پانل خبرگان، ذهن‌انگیزی و تحلیل‌ لایه‌لایۀ علت‌ها. دستاوردهای مقاله عبارت‌اند از: نخست، دانش‌های میان‌رشته‌ای در پاسخ به مسائل پیچیده که در زمان اکنون و آینده ریشه دارد، هویت پیدا می‌کنند؛ دوم، توسعۀ میان‌رشته‌ای‌ها در علوم پزشکی نیازمند فرایند توسعۀ هم‌زمان از بالا به پایین و از پایین به بالای نظام خط‌مشی‌گذاری و اقدام در اجتماعات علمی علوم پزشکی است؛ سوم، ساخت آیندۀ مطلوب توسعۀ دانش‌های میان‌رشته‌ای در علوم پزشکی کشور مستلزم توجه به واقعیت‌‌های شکل‌دهنده به موضوع در لایه‌های متفاوت عینی تا ذهنی است و براین‌اساس، به رویکردها، برنامه‌ها و اقدامات کوتاه‌مدت تا بلندمدت برای ساخت عینیت‌ها و ذهنیت‌های مرتبط نیاز است.}, keywords_fa = {میان‌رشته‌ای,آینده‌پژوهی,پیچیدگی,علوم پزشکی,مشارکت‌پذیری}, url = {http://www.isih.ir/article_389.html}, eprint = {http://www.isih.ir/article_389_fdd638efae0c8f8bc62ea0b4e870dc75.pdf} }
