چکیده

جهانی‌شدن و انطباق‌پذیری با شرایط بازار، وجود فشارهای رقابتی‌ای مانند ورود شرکت‌های نوپا به بازار رقابت، و لزوم افزایش هزینه‌های سرمایه‌گذاری باعث شده‌اند که تولیدکنندگان به‌سوی بهبود روش‌های خلاقانۀ خدمت‌رسانی به مشتریان، دستیابی به بازارهای جدید، گسترش جغرافیایی دامنۀ ارائۀ خدمات، و فعالیت‌های دیگری روی آورند تا بتوانند ضمن بهبود کیفیت، افزایش رضایت مشتری، و دستیابی به مشتریان جدید، هزینه‌های لجستیکی خود را کاهش دهند. مؤثرترین راه‌حل این معضل تجاری، برون‌سپاری خدمات لجستیک برپایۀ قراردادهای طولانی‌مدت است که توسط تأمین‏کنندۀ خدمات لجستیک طرف سوم ارائه می‌شود. این شرکت‌ها، دارای دانش تخصصی در زمینه هماهنگی منابع اقتصادی هستند و می‌توانند فرصت‌های جدیدی را برای تولیدکنندگان خلق کنند. تأمین‏کنندۀ خدمات لجستیک طرف سوم، یک تأمین‏کنندۀ خارجی است که مدیریت، کنترل، و اجرای فعالیت‏های لجستیکی را از طرف بنگاه‌های تجاری انجام می‏دهد. در این مقاله، هفت بعد اصلی توانمندسازهای لجستیک طرف سوم، به‌کمک بررسی پیشینۀ پژوهش، تحلیل محتوای متنی، و مصاحبه‌های تخصصی با 16 نفر از خبرگان صنعت لجستیک به‌کمک نرم‌افزار MAXQDA مشخص شده است؛ سپس، این توانمندسازها، به‌کمک تکنیک دیمتل مبتنی‌بر تحلیل شبکه‌ای (DANP) و انجام مقایسه‌های زوجی و پیاده‌سازی در نرم‌افزار اکسل، وزن‌دهی و روابط میان آن‌ها کشف شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌های محقق‌ساختۀ زوجی استفاده ‌شده است که روایی و پایایی آن نیز تأیید شد. نتایج تحلیل نشان می‌دهد که مهم‌ترین توانمندسازها به‌ترتیب عبارت‌اند از: توانمندسازی تولیدی، فنی و بازاریابی و فروش، مالی، نیروی انسانی، و توانمندسازی راهبردی.
