The research <br />explains the programmes and policies of this organization in the area of Higher Education and discusses the process of the evolution of interdisciplinary towards transdisciplinarity in the surveys and researches conducted by the organization. After reflecting on the reasons for its tendency towards transdisciplinary studies, the research analyses the criteria of the passage from structural interdisciplinarity to behavioural transdisciplinarity. <br />The article concludes that OECD has adopted the passage from structural interdisciplinarity towards behavioural transdisciplinarity as a basis for policymaking and educational and research orientation in the field of Higher Education. This approach tends to promote the capabilities, innovations, skills and creativity of students and to increase their objective understanding of social and professional conditions and necessities, so that the context for their successful and constructive presence in technical markets, as well as their effective responsiveness to the needs of their society, is provided for این مقاله تلاش دارد با روشى توصیفى تحلیلى، رویکرد سازمان همکارى و توسعه اقتصادى به مطالعات میان‌رشته‌اى را در عرصه آموزش عالى، بررسى و واکاوى کند. پژوهش حاضر ضمن بیان برنامه‌ها و سیاست‌هاى سازمان مزبور در عرصه آموزش عالى، سیر تحول میان‌رشته‌اى گرایى به فرارشته‌ا‌ى‌گرایى را در مطالعات و پژوهشهاى این سازمان به بحث می‌گذارد و پس از بررسى دقیق و ژرفنگرى درباره دلایل گرایش آن به مطالعات فرارشته‌اى، شاخص‌هاى گذار از میان‌رشته‌‌اى‌گرایى ساختارى به فرارشته‌ا‌ى‌گرایى رفتارى و موانع فراروى آن را تجزیه و تحلیل می‌کند. <br />مقاله با این نتیجه‌گیرى به پایان می‌رسد که این سازمان گذار از میان‌رشته‌اى‌گرایى ساختارى به فرارشته‌اى‌گرایى رفتارى را مبناى سیاستگذارى و جهتگیرى آموزشى و پژوهشى خود در عرصه آموزش عالى قرار داده است؛ به‌گونه‌اى که ضمن بالا بردن توانمندى‌ها، نوآورى‌ها، مهارتها و خلاقیت‌هاى دانشجویان و افزایش درک عینى آنان از اوضاع و نیازهاى اجتماعى و شغلى، زمینه‌هاى حضور موفق و سازنده دانش‌پژوهان در بازار کار حرف‌هاى و پاسخگویى مؤثر آنان به نیازهاى جامعه خود را فراهم آورد https://www.isih.ir/article_49_f457c545a9ded88f18ecee47145a72c0.pdf
