طراحی و اعتبارسنجی مدل دانشگاه دوسوتوان متوازن با هدف توسعهٔ کارآفرینی

چکیده
کارآفرینی از مهم‌ترین نتایج توسعه دانشگاه و نیازمند رویکردهای نوین مدیریتی مانند «دوسوتوانی سازمانی» است که به پیگیری هم‌زمان بهره‌برداری از ظرفیت‌های موجود و اکتشاف دانش برای آینده اشاره دارد. این مقاله با هدف طراحی و اعتبارسنجی مدل دانشگاه دوسوتوان متوازن با هدف توسعهٔ کارآفرینی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی متوالی است. جامعه هدف خبرگان مدیریت آموزش عالی بوده‌اند که به صورت هدفمند با 14 نفر مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری بخش کمی شامل مدیران و اعضای هیئت علمی مرتبط در دانشگاه‌های دولتی ایران بوده که 256 نفر با روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب و به پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته پاسخ دادند. تحلیل داده‌های کیفی با روش تحلیل مضمون صورت گرفت و در بخش کمی از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری جهت اعتبارسنجی مدل استفاده گردید. روایی ابزار با استفاده از شاخص‌های همگرا (5/0< AVE) و واگرا، و پایایی با شاخص‌های آلفای کرونباخ و ترکیبی تأیید شد. یافته‌ها در بعد بهره‌برداری شامل مؤلفه‌های سیاست‌ها و ساختارهای دانشگاهی، تعامل دانشگاه و صنعت، توسعه آموزش-پژوهش، بودجه، فرهنگ دانشگاهی و در بعد اکتشاف: نیازسنجی و آموزش، ساختار آینده‌نگر، منابع مالی، سیاست و فرهنگ نوآورانه، مدیریت آینده‌نگر و نوآوری راهبردی می‌باشد. همچنین راهبردهای موازنه دوسوتوانی در قالب مؤلفه‌های سیاست و ارزیابی- منابع و ساختار معین گردید. تحلیل‌های عاملی مرتبه اعتبار مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های برازش، اعتبار نهایی مدل را تأیید کردند. مدل دوسوتوانی ارائه‌شده با جلوگیری از رکود غیرمولد و نوآوری بی‌ثمر، مسیر توسعه کارآفرینی دانشگاه‌محور را هموار و با ایجاد پیوند مؤثر میان دانشگاه و صنعت، زمینه‌ساز شکل‌گیری زیست‌بوم‌های کارآفرینی در دانشگاه‌ها می‌شود.
